Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30
Saturday, Sundays & Bank Holidays closed. - No shipping will take place on these days
Cut off Times
UK orders are eligible for same-day dispatch only if placed before the relevant courier cut-off time. Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that dispatch times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.
Courier Cut-Off Times:
- APC Next Day – Order before 3:00pm (Mainland GB only, excludes weekends)
- DHL Next Day – Order before 1:00pm (Mainland GB only, excludes weekends)
Delivery Terms:
All “Next Day” delivery services refer to the next working day only and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day (typically Monday), unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed after the stated cut-off times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Schedule?
Each item has a "Ships In" estimation. Please note this does not include weekends or public holidays.
"In Stock" items can be on their way to you the same day as its ordered, pending our workload and timing of your order. For same day shipping we usually require orders by approx. 3pm. This excludes Saturday Sunday and Bank Holidays, any orders placed during this time will be shipped on the next working day.
"Ships In" more than 1 day is an estimation based on our suppliers information, please note this is an estimation and our sales staff will contact you to confirm shipping time.
Please note: Special order items will be charged in advance and can not be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
Payments & Currency
We only accept Pound Sterling - Any bank transfers must be made in GBP
We accept most major debit and credit cards(please see logos at the bottom of the page)
Large international orders must be made by Bank transfer, please contact us or our bank details.
Discounts - Loyal Customers
Discounts are sometimes possible for loyal customers. Our website will be able to apply discounts automatically once an account has been set up and your discount applied you will see your discounted prices where applicable. Please note we can not discount all products.
Previous customers please add a note to your order and your discount will be checked and applied manually by our staff, when we despatch your items.
Discounts - Trade Customers
Discounts are available to bona fida trade customers, we require your vat registration number or countries equivalent, some countries may supply other suitable proof. Discounts vary depending on products purchased as well as quantities. Please note we can not discount all products.
Delivery address
If paying by credit card. We will only deliver to the registered cardholders address, this is the address on your card statement. We will only deliver to a secondary address if you are a regular customer*.
*Please fill out the order form with your cardholders address and add your delivery address to the notes section at the bottom of the order. Our sales staff will check your history and manually enter your delivery details. If it is not possible to deliver to the cardholders address, we may ask you for an alternative means of payment. The above rulings are applied to combat fraud.
Delivery - UK & Europe
We use various methods of delivery and can deliver any item Europe wide. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
Delivery - Rest of World
For worldwide sales, please order online and click 'Rest of World' on the shipping options tab. A member of staff will contact you to discuss delivery options before we charge you and make your order final.
UK Vat
UK Vat is a value added tax imposed by the British Government. The current rate is 20% It is applied to all sales in the UK.
Sales to EU - After Brexit
Since 01/01/21 the UK has left the EU. From this date EU customers are no longer charged UK Vat, but will have to pay their own country's Vat when goods arrive.
Note you may also be subject to Duty and customs admin charges.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any import costs in their own country.
Please contact your local customs office for details of these charges.
Export sales including EU
Export sales are very welcome, They already make a large proportion of our sales and our staff are very experienced in handling worldwide orders.
Accepted payments from overseas customers.
Credit card payments are only accepted from EU and or regular customers at our discretion. If you are outside the EU then Paypal & Bank Transfer is the preferred option of payment.
Export Prices - EU & Rest of World
Goods are supplied vat free, and must be exported to that country.
Import Taxes
Price charged does not include UK Vat. Delivery quotations are for delivery only and do not cover any customs or import taxes or duties.
For Legal and Insurance purposes we will not artificially reduce the value of any goods.
Special order items.
We endeavour to hold as much stock as possible but some items may be special order only. Special order items require payment in advance of us ordering the items and are non returnable.
Warranties
Warranties only apply to UK supplied products purchased from us or through our authorised dealer network. All new Fensport items carry 1year manufacturers warranty against manufacturer defects. Fensport product warranty is void if the item has been modified without permission. Fensport product warranty is void if the product is used for competition. Fensport product warranty is void if the product has been incorrectly installed. Fensport product warranty is only valid to the original purchaser. Fensport product warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item and does not cover any consequential loss or fitting expenses. Please see our terms and conditions for exact warranty details.
Returns
Please contact us for a returns number before returning any items. We will not accept a product return, unless a returns number has been issued. If the product is still under warranty we will bear the costs of collection and return of the repaired unit or a replacement. Please contact us first for a returns number and details of our collection service.
Re-stocking fees
If the item is not under warranty, we may at our discretion accept a return subject to a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee varies, please contact us for details.
Fraud
All cases of attempted fraud will be dealt with immediately and reported to the police and relevant banking authorities
